Coach
My father coached for 30 years during his teaching career. I was considered a “gym rat” at a young age. I followed in his footsteps and developed a love for sports. I played three sports in high school and advanced to the collegiate level in volleyball. From there, I always was interested in coaching. I volunteered at many college and high school sports camps and clinics. From there, I coached Volleyball for 7 years and am still currently teaching first grade at a local school. I eventually decided to resign from volleyball and focus more on coaching at the gym.
I am so happy that Dale followed his vision to develop a stronger community and begin PSKC. If it wasn’t for him following his dreams, who knows where I would be? I stepped into PSKC thriving for something more. I ended up as a college graduate who had tried every weight loss supplement and exercise class out there. PSKC fueled my fire and pushed my mind in every way possible. PSKC has taught me about being healthy and how to be mentally tough. I now understand that I can handle anything that is thrown my way. The gym provides me with ways to set new goals to make myself better mentally and physically. It also provides an awesome community of support. Everyone is always pushing and cheering for each other. We are a team and help each other every day. I love PSKC and it holds a special place in my heart. I have to say I am blessed to be around these awesome individuals daily. They are my family and my best friends. Plus, Brandon (my husband) and I met at the gym and it is something we hold dear to our hearts.
Over the past few years, I have developed a passion for seeing individuals improve and accomplish things that they did not think were possible. The best part of being a coach is seeing people believe in themselves and conquer their goals. I am beyond blessed to be coaching at PSKC with the strongest and most amazing people.
