Weightlifting
1: Non-Heaving Snatch Balance (4 x 2 (climbing) )
Set the bar on your back in a back squat stance, without heaving dive under into the catch position of the snatch.
2: Snatch Pull + Full Snatch (Work up to a heavy double)
1 pull + 1 Snatch = 1 rep of the complex
EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute
3: Metcon (Weight)
12 Minute EMOM
Odd Minutes – 4 x Snatch Grip Push Presses
Even Minutes – 2 x Heaving Snatch Balances
