9 Burpee over Bar

1 min rest

5 min AMRAP

12 OH Squats (95/65)(75/55)(65/45)

25 Double Unders (75 singles)

Intention: 1st AMRAP: HC should be unbroken each round. Do not start Burpees until you’re ready for 9. Stay low on Burpees.

2nd AMRAP: EMOM or less! Light weight, keep core tight with weight on the heels for squats. OH squat and Double unders should be unbroken.
