3x 1 Minute Rounds of:
1. Russian KB Swings
2. Goblet Squats
3. One-Arm KB CLEAN (switch hands at 30 sec)
4. One-Arm KB push press (switch hands at 30 sec)
5. Mountain Climbers (each leg is a rep)
6. Rest
->Do not set the bell down until minutes 5 and 6.
-> In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.
->Keep score of each round. Your score will be your lowest round.
