A) 3 x Overhead Squats
B) 30 Second Plank
Choose a challenging weight for your current level. You can also add weight between sets. Score is heaviest successful triple.
EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute
2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
14 Minute EMOM (7 rounds of each)
A) 7 Pull Ups + 7 Box Jumps
B) 15 Wall Balls [12] {10}
7 rounds is a perfect score. Take time as needed to set up between these two EMOMs.
