Are you looking for a high heart rate low impact workout? Are you looking for a supplemental program to build your cardio engine?

WHAT IS ERGOUT
ERGOUT is high heart rate, high energy, fast paced and fun. These  workouts focus on using the Concept2 BikeErg, RowErg, and SkiErg machines in combination with bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. The end result is a 30-45 minute workout sweat session.

WHO IS ERGOUT FOR?
EVERYONE of ALL LEVELS who are looking to get in – get some – and get out. It’s straight 30-45 minutes of calorie burning conditioning. It’s a great supplement to your current CrossFit workouts or can be a stand alone program.

Do I need to be a member or have any experience before joining an ERGOUT class?
Nope, come as you are, no experience necessary. The class is included in your PSKC membership for non-members the cost is $15/class.
