A: 1:00 max cals on the rower
Take your calorie total and subtract it from 50 for men 40 for ladies – that’s how many reps you’ll have to do of burpees over the rower
B: Then do the same thing for ski cal and push press (96/65)
C: Then do the same thing for bike cals and backsquat (95/65)
Then repeat the whole thing again
The more calories you rack up in a minute the less reps you’ll have to do of the exercises. So go FAST.
For example if you get 25 calories in the minute – you’ll only have to do 25 reps.
After the first exercise you’ll need to look at the clock for your rest intervals. Then you’ll need to look at the monitors to know when your minute is up.
