Plate Can never touch ground during workout. 20x Burpee penalty for dropping plate

Only one person working at a time

Must complete one movement before moving on to next. Split the reps up as needed.

800m run are together

150x toes 2 bar (knees 2 elbows) (sit-ups)

150x box jumps (24/20) or step-ups

150x bumper plate squats (zercher hold)

150x over head swings (53/35) (44/26) (26/18)
