Complete the following OPEN WODS with a buddy!

Teams of 2: Complete Reps as needed:

11.3

5 Minutes to achieve As Many Reps As Possible of:

-Squat Clean and Jerk (165/105) (135/95) (95/65)

Right into:

12.1

7 Minutes to achieve As Many Reps As Possible of:

Target Burpees (Burpees)

Right into:

15.4 (Split Reps as needed)

13 Minute AMRAP:

55 Deadlifts (225/155/ 185/135 / 95/65)

55 Wall balls (20/14/ 14/10/ air squats)

55 CALS on the Rower

55 HSPU (pushups/ incline pushups)

*********Keep Track of all Reps on Each AMRAP then add together

*********Teammates should find time to change weight when they are resting

*********1 working at a time

*********Set the time clock for 25 minutes
