We’re here to get after it in 2017. In addition to our core programs (CrossFit, Unloaded, and PSKC Kids) we’ve got some extra goodies for you guys in the New Year!
Bring a Friend and FREE Nutrition Seminar – Saturday January 7th
Bring a buddy and come join us this Saturday for a free workout at 9am followed up a FREE Nutrition seminar at 10am. Coach Keeney will lead the seminar and all the coaches will provide a round table discussion on works best for them. It’s a great opportunity to learn about healthy eating and ask any questions pertaining to nutrition.
“Men at Work” – None of the Cardio, None of the Time. Wanna build your raw strength? Coach Hammer will be leading a strength program focusing on increasing your strength in the big 3 lifts (bench, squat, and deadlift). Cost is $10/class for members and $15/class for non-members. Class days/times = Mon/Wed at 530pm. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up!
CrossFit Open Prep: The Open starts on February 23rd and we will be bringing back Friday Night Lights! This is where we split the gym into 5 teams and go head to head for 5 weeks to see which team is the fittest and who has the most fun. Coaches Keeney & Zak have teamed up to offer you guys a great way to prepare to the upcoming CrossFit Open season. If you’re wanting to work on your gymnastic skills (pullups, Handstand Pushups, Toes to Bar, etc), Olympic lifting, and all the movements you will encounter in the Open – this is the course for you!
Classes will be held on Saturdays at 8am and Thursdays at 530pm. Cost is $10/class for members and $15 for non-members. First class is Saturday, 7JAN.
Since it’s the New Year, we’re offering a special one time price of $75 for 10 session package to each of these programs. We are limiting this offer to only 5 people per group! First come – first served, simply email email@example.com this offer to grab it.
