"Welcome Back Week"

Tomorrow begins the 2011 “Welcome Back Week”…and it’s gonna be a doozy for those who’ve been slacking the last couple weeks.

We’ll be having normal schedule this week with addition an extra intro class on Tuesday at 5pm (special request by Shad for some dirty West Siders).

So as a quick reminder for the class schedule this week:
Monday – 6 & 7pm classes
Tuesday – 5pm intro, 6pm class
Wednesday – 12pm Running clinic, 5pm intro, 6pm class
Thursday – 6 & 7pm classes
Saturday – 11am Pain Clinic

This weekend my boy Uncle Mike from the Training Room  issued out a Kettlebell challenge

Nothing like some snatches and burpee pullups to spend a Sunday evening.

See you guys tomorrow! Make sure you get back on track and start drinking lots of water ahead of time…
