Pull-ups (10:00 to achieve as many strict pull-ups as possib)
Accumulate as many strict pull-ups as possible. Do not go to failure – break them down into mini-sets of 1/2/3/4. Rest as needed in between.
Set up the bands as necessary to for modifications.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Teams of 4
Athlete 1: 10 x cal on the bike
Athlete 2: Max Goblet Squats (53/35)
Athlete 3: Max Box Jumps
Athlete 4: Rest
Score – for reps
All athletes switch exercises once the person on the bike completes 10 x cals.
