1 x Each arm Clean & Press

2,3,4,5….

(*Must do all movements x 1 then 2 then 3, etc. until 5 min is up)

Rest 1 min & repeat for 5 min, starting back at 1.

10 X Burpee

10 x Sit Up

9/9, 8/8, etc

***If you complete 1/1 before 5 min, you may rest. If you do not finish before 5 min, stop at end of 5 min***

Rest 2 min & repeat starting at 10/10
