30 Min Workout

A: AMRAP

100 x Wall Balls (20/14)

80 x Box Jump/Step Up

60 x Cal Row/Ski

40 x Plate G2O (35/25)

B: 6 Min x Burpees

*1 Person begins Burpees. They work to get as many Burpees as they can in 6 Min. Once their 6 Min are complete, tag a partner and they will begin working on their 6 Min.

*2 partners are working on AMRAP you go I go style.

*Once all 3 have completed their Burpees, all 3 can work on AMRAP together. Still 1 working at a time and now 2 will be resting.
