Over the last couple months we’ve doing a series of “Throwback Thursdays” on our Instagram page, it’s seems every week there pops up an unsolicited #tbt from one of our members. A photo taken anywhere from a few months to a few years in the past contrasted with the current person highlighting the physical transformation made. Weight lost, strength gained..but most importantly a new mindset was forged.
New mindsets and attitudes don’t happen overnight. It’s the process, the grind, the pressure applied that creates true change. It’s also about the environment where the right mix of support, accountability, and challenge happens.
For going on 4 years now, we’ve seen the proved the formula and witnessed the results. Add intelligently applied CrossFit mix with the right atmosphere, the knowledge, and the support. However, the key ingredient is YOU.
It’s up to you to bring the grind:
to show up at 6am when you want to sleep in
to do the workouts that you don’t like
to train your weaknesses
to not accept excuses
to do 1 more burpee than you think you can
to demand more of yourself
