** Members that need to work on kipping: Work on Kipping

**Members that have kipping and need to string pull-ups together:

**Members that have pull-ups and butterfly consistently.. work on stringing muscle ups (bar) 5-4-3-2-1 Reps

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

METCON: 20 MIN AMRAP

15 Cal Ski/Row

Then…..

3 Rounds of:

3 C2B/ Pullups/ Jumping Pull-ups

6 Pushups

9 Airsquats

Complete 15 Cals then go directly into the triplet for 3 rounds. After the 3 rounds are complete go back to a machine. Rotate between row and ski every time.
