P1: 500m Row

P2: 2 Rounds of strict Cindy

*1 Round of Cindy is 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats

*1 Round of this workout is when both partners have completed BOTH movements

*Total Reps in 1 Round = 1120 (2 x 500m, 2 x 2 Rounds Cindy (30 reps))

Switch when both partners are done.
