TEAMS OF 4: SPLIT INTO PAIRS
1 pair works on one AMRAP and the other works on the second AMRAP (at the same time). Keep track of rounds and reps of both pairs combined for each AMRAP pick up where pairs left off.

**Rest 1 minute between AMRAPS
**After the first 10 minute AMRAP pairs switch places.
**After both pairs complete both AMRAPS- 1 Minute Rest Before Starting the SNATCHES.
