Each teammate work up to a heavy double thruster

EVENT 2: Row Bar Relay

10 Minutes!

1st 5 Minutes:

A and B: 5 Thrusters + 5 Box Jumps (relay back and forth)

C and D: Rack up row cals

At the 5 minute mark switch places. Now its C and D on the relay and A and B on the cals.

Score: Reps plus cals

Event 3: Snatch Attack

10 Minutes

A and B go first while C and D rest.

5 Minute KB Snatch test (1 working at a time).

At the 5 minute mark C and D go and A and B rest.

Score: Total KB Snatches as a Team

Event 4: BP FEST

Max Burpee Pullups in 7 minutes.

*2 working at a time
