Teams of 4 – Split into 2 pairs

Metcon (Time)

Pair A Completes:

* 50 pull-ups

* 50 thrusters (115/95)

* 50 cal row

* Run 800 as a team

* 30 burpee to plate

* 30 deadlift (225/165)

* 30 kb GTO (53/35)

At the same time, Pair B completes

* 50 kb GTO (53/35)

* 50 deadlift (225/165)

* 50 burpee to plate

* Run 800 as a team

* 30 cal row

* 30 thrusters (115/95)

* 30 pull-ups
* Each team will need 2 bars, 1 kb, and 1 rower.

* When Pair A completes final cal row and Pair B completes last burpee, teams will run 800m together. When all teammates return, they will separate back into same pairs and continue to the next movements
