New Cycle starts this week! Lower body lift is Sumo Deadlift and upper body is Bench bro! Also, make plans to join us this Wednesday for the “Boston” workout!


Sumo Deadlift (Establish training max)

Remember – training max is NOT a PR effort. Work up a heavy single with good form. At the end of the cycle is when we go for true PR effort.


Metcon (Time)

5 rounds

5 x Squat Cleans (135/95)

4 x Front Rack Lunges (2 each leg)

3 x Thruster

2 x Bar Facing Burpees
Weight remains the same for all movements. Goal is to not set the bar down once you grip it. Will you saddle up or quit once the pain starts?
