This summer we are proud to offer a strength and conditioning program specific to high school football athletes.

The success on the field in Fall is earned during the heat in the Summer.

For the first time ever PSKC will be accepting 10 area athletes into our Summer Conditioning Program. The program will be 3 days a week and run from June through July.

Our first priority is to develop mental toughness with the athlete and teach them the skills to thrive in pressure situations. We will build engines. Talent will only get you so far, we guarantee the athlete will be in the best conditioned, confident, and capable athlete on the field.

In addition to mental toughness development the athlete will be STRONG. Strong in the right areas that will transfer to the success on the field. The athlete will learn the PROPER and SAFE mechanics and fundamentals of lifting.

We will discuss proper FUEL for the athlete to eat. Strategies to gain strength, remain hydrated, and most importantly be HEALTHY.

ACADEMICS – athletes must complete mandatory homework assignments over the course of the summer. Failure to do so will result in termination from program.

This program is unlike any other program offered. We want to integrally develop the whole athlete – mind and body which will transfer into a unbeatable person – on and off the field. The lessons the athlete will learn this summer will remain with him far beyond his days on the field.
