3) Push-ups

1) Split Squats left

2) Split Squats right

3) Air Squats
You will circuit through each triplet.

Goal for cleans is 7-8 per side

Goal for push-up is 10-15

Goal for split squats is 10-12 per side

Goal for squats is 12-15
