INTENTION FOR THE WORKOUT:

This workout will feel like a long 12 minutes. Try to hang on to the Hang Power Snatch for the entire 9 reps. With the low rep count, this is a great time to string together more than usual reps on T2B, or if you just have a few, to work them into a workout.
