Record highest weight successfully lifted.


2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

18 Minute EMOM (rotate between movements each minutes in a circuit fashion for 6 total rounds)

A) 12 Target Burpees [8 burpees]

B) 15 Wall Ball (20/14) [10 wall balls at reduced weight]

C) 20 DU + 8 TTB [20 single under + 8 sit ups)
Record successful number of minutes of completed work (perfect score is 18).
