Some odd object strongman training..

After a couple brutal days of conditioning workouts…we focused on strength today. So we took a page from the Training Room and threw in some strongman style training for variety and fun. We broke people into groups and did 4 rounds of 4-8 reps of the following:
Kettlebell floor press
Rope pulls on the sled
Knees to elbows
|Chris on the tire flips|
The crew had a great time and got exposed to some odd object strength training. It was an honor to have you all there.Saturday is September 11th, we will be having class at 11am to honor those on that fateful morning. See you Saturday!!
