1: Hang Snatch (Work up to a “heavy” set of 2 reps)

“Heavy” = difficult, but will not result in a missed or cringe-worthy lift

EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute

2: Metcon (Weight)

12 Minute EMOM (alternate between A & B after each minute)

A) 7 Push Press (Rx – 135/95, Mod 1 – 95/65, Mod 2 – 65/55, needs to be unbroken) + 7 Box Jumps (24/20)

B) 7 Toes to Bar (Mod 1 – K2E, Mod 2 – Toes to Rig) + 7 Target Burpees
