We used to feel great. We were young – ran forever – strong, felt invincible. Then we did the right thing, got a career and raised our family.

At first we let our size 34 jeans become 36 – then 38. Next week, I’ll start and lose this weight. That week became a year, then before we knew it, 15 years had passed by.

The worst part of it all, is that during that process we stopped believing in ourselves. This is it, go to work and then hit the recliner with some beers for the rest of the night. Sure we might do some yard work or hit up a game of golf, but that’s it – that’s the extent of our physical existence.

We know this because we’ve been there. Then someone reached out to help us regain our strength and confidence. Now, instead of telling our kids war stories about what we used to do, our kids tell their friends about how strong their dad is.

In 2016 we want you to climb back

Join us for a 6 week program designed specifically for middle aged men wanting to reclaim their strength, health, confidence, and capability. Guys that want to be around for a long time for their families.
