D-Ball (100/60) Side Toss Over Box + Burpee Over Box (30/24)

5:00 – rest
Pick D-Ball up from the ground, rotate and throw over the box, immediately do a burpee then jump on and over the box.

1-2-3-4-5..etc you go/ I go with your partner
