5 x Burpees

5 x S2O (135/95)

5 x DBall Clean

1 x DBall Carry Length of Rig

Sprint Back

P1 begins. P2 & P3 are resting. When P1 completes S2O, P2 begins. P3 begins when P2 is finished with S2O. P1 will Rest when finished, until P3 is finsihed with S2O.

**Depending where DBall is located, Sprint will be first and clean/carry would go 2nd or vice versa**

Each teammate through the relay counts a 1 Round
