Recipe of the Week: Trappy’s Taco Pile

Can’t “cook”? No problem…

Don’t have enough time? No problem…

This week we bring you the eloquently named “Trappy’s Taco Pile”. This is especially good if you get the hankering for some Toro Loco goodness, just forget about the tortillas, rice, and beans..

11/2 pounds of lean ground beef (or buffalo, deer meat, ground turkey, etc)

1 can of tomato sauce
1 tbl Cumin
1/2 tbl Paprika
1 tbl Chili powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 tbl Garlic powder

Lettuce, green onion, tomato, black olives, guacamole, salsa and jalapeños.

Sauté your beef (for the West Siders, that means place in skillet and stir around until it’s brown)

Add tomato sauce and seasonings and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!

Boom! It’s that easy! Dig in amigos….
