This is very deceiving based upon the scoring. It’s NOT total reps and cals it’s lowest the round of reps plus cals. This one is all about choosing a threshold pace and seeing if you can stick to it for all 20 minutes.

Goal should be a score of 30.

Loading: Choose a weight you can manage to do 10 reps unbroken.
