Heyyyy Issa Partna Day!
You and your partner will split the following:
20 Double Unders
16 Wall Balls (20/14)
8 Cal Ski
4 Push Ups
You will do a round. Your partner will rest. Your partner will do a round. You will rest. Each of you will do 5 rounds. 10 rounds TOTAL.
With appropriate scaling, you should be working for about 2 minutes per round. Because of this, you will be SPRINTING when it is your turn. Ain’t no rest for the wicked. You will then be rewarded with an approximate 2 minute break while your partner goes, so be sure to pick the slowest person in the class to be your partner ;) But really, wallballs should be unbroken, if you’re decent at toes to bar, they should be unbroken too. However, the world won’t end if you have to break them up. Push it when it is your turn, because you WILL be able to catch your breath again when your turn comes back around. Your score is the time it took for the whole 10 rounds. Salutations and best of luck tomorrow with 19.2!!
