I know what you’re thinking… BURPEES!? But burpees are a great workout and you can attack this in a few different ways. After all, this is called PUSH not PICK… push yourself through this 7 minutes of hell and you won’t regret it.
Option 1: Burpee EMOM
Get a target number of burpees in the first minute with about 10-20 seconds of rest until the next minute. Try to maintain that for 6 more rounds.
Option 2: Go like hell for 7 minutes.
*Remember: NEVER hold your breath during burpees. 3 breaths per rep will keep you calm and focused.
*D O N T come out of the gate too hot.
