6 Tips for Better Burpees

-Keep your core tight (will reduce stress placed on your spine/ease lower back pain)

-Relax on the way down, loosen your hands, let body bring you down rather than your whole body being tense the entire burpee

-Don’t do a full push-up

-When jumping back up, land on your heels. Landing on the balls of your feet will quickly fatigue your calves

-Breathe at the top

-Don’t forget to breathe
