It is not every day you hear advice on becoming a monster; it is usually the other way around. “Be harmless,” they say. But how do you fight the monster that dwells in every mans’ heart without being one yourself? Jordan Peterson provides us with an answer.
“The answer is simple. You don’t,” he says “You become a monster by fighting a monster.”
Take 10 minutes and watch below – train to become a monster.
Bench Press (5 x 5 at 60% of your 3RM)
last set is as many reps as possible.
35 x double unders/singles
7 x burpee box jumps
* each time you trip on the jump rope add 1 rep PER trip to the burpee box jumps on that round. For example if you trip twice on a round you now have to do 9 x burpee box jumps.
This is a quick/sprint workout. The intention is to move fast and concentrate under stress.

10 rounds (not for time)
10 x empty barbell curls
5 x close grip pushups or ring dips
Once a week we will add an extra “swole session”. Goal of these is to catch a pump, feel jacked, and build some muscle.
