Round 2: 200 meter row- 4 Burpee Box Jump- 4 Deadlift

Round 3: 300 meter row- 6 Burpee Box Jumps – 6 Deadlifts

Round 4: 400 meter row- 8 Burpee Box Jumps- 8 DL

Etc.

Keep adding 100 to the row and 2 reps to the movements.
