***PARTNERS 1 and 2 will be completing a row/run relay.

Partner 1 will run 400 meters // while partner 1 in running partner 2 is on the rower rowing until partner 1 gets back//they tag and now it’s partner 2’s turn to run and partner 1’s turn to row.

50 Toes To Bar (K2E) (Sit-ups)

25 Hang Cleans (95/65) (75/55) (65/45)

50 Push Ups (Incline Push-ups)

75 Back Squats (95/65) (75/55) (65/45)

50 Toes to Bar

25 Power Snatches (95/65) (75/55) (65/45)

***AFTER DEADLIFTS THE BAR MUST NOT TOUCH THE GROUND*****

****After the partners are finished completing the movements the two groups switch.

****USE SAME WEIGHT FOR ALL 3 MOVEMENTS
