Based on some discussions we’ve had with potential and new members, it seems the biggest hurdle to trying out PSKC is the belief that you “have to be shape” to start or that you may believe you won’t be able to do it.  Allow us to briefly address these points:

A: You do not have to be any shape whatsoever to start. Every single person that is a member of PSKC started off in your shoes. CrossFit is new to each and every person. The majority of the people didn’t know what a kettlebell was let alone how to use one. If you think you need to be in better shape to start, what would be the best way to get in shape? The best way to “get in shape” is to start. That’s exactly the purpose of the 101 course. We take you in a small setting and safely teach you the fundamentals of human movement. We work with ALL levels and abilities. From our kids program to our masters, we are experienced with working with 5 to 65 year olds. Health and fitness are the same no matter your age. Everything we do is scaled to each individual level.

B: Give yourself a chance. Again we’ve all been there. We know exactly what it’s like to be overweight and maybe even a little depressed. After awhile you even start to lose faith in yourself and confidence in your abilities. With no challenges, there can be no victories. Don’t worry we’ll challenge you, but we will also be there with you the entire way.

To help eliminate the risk on your behalf here’s a deal we’re going to  make:

  1. Sign up and complete the 101 course
  2. After the 101, commit to a month of classes.
  3. During that month you have to agree to attend a minimum of 3 times a week (total of 12 sessions).
  4. At the end of the month if you don’t see results and/or don’t like it we will gladly refund your month no questions asked. 

Plain and simple, do the 101 and give yourself a month of PSKC. If you don’t like it we’ll give you your money back for that month. But you’ll have to do your part, commit to 3 times a week during that month and see what happens.  If you don’t like it you get your money back for that month. Please note the 101 course is non-refundable, this only applies to the month of classes.

So what do you have to lose? If you don’t like it, we’ll give you your money back. But at least you can say you gave it a shot.
