A: 10 minutes to establish 1RM Front Squat

B: As a team Row 3K * While one athlete is on the rower, one athlete must be doing russian KB Swings (53/35), when the bell stops swinging, the rower must stop.

C: 800m Barbell Carry (95m/65f/80mixed)

Weightlifting

Front Squat (heavy single)

This is where you will enter your weight for the Front Squat portion of the team wod.
