Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

(4) 2 Minute AMRAPS with 1 Minute rest in between; Score will be total amount of reps completed of Air Squats & HSPU across the 4 AMRAPS.

1) 200m Run; remainder of 2 minutes complete as many air squats as possible

2) 15/12 Cal Row; remainder of 2 minutes complete as many HSPU as possible

3) 200m Run; remainder of 2 minutes complete as many air squats as possible

4) 15/12 Cal Row; remainder of 2 minutes complete as many HSPU as possible
