Without setting the bar down perform:

1 x Push Press + 2 Push Jerks + 1 Split Jerk

Weightlifting

Slightly Faster Weightlifting

2: Metcon (No Measure)

Partner up

– 4 Minutes at each station (you-go-I-go)

1) 100# toss over yoke at highest setting back and forth.

2) Heavy sled push down and back and tag partner.

3) 70lb KB Swings – One person swings at a time.
