Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

30 Min Time Limit

-Partner Up-

1200m Partner Run

10 Wall Walks

800m Partner Sled drag (180#/140#)

400m Kettlebell Farmer Carry(53/35)

30 Burpee Broad Jumps

-IF, you complete workout, you and your partner will begin to row max Cals with time remaining.

– Your Score will be Total number of reps completed plus Cals on Rower.

1200m = 2 reps

Wall Walks = 10reps

Sled Drag = 2 reps

KettleBell Carry = 2 reps

Burpees = 30 reps

-1200m runs are together

-wall walks are split as necessary between you and partner

-sled drags can be completed one pulling at a time or as a team.

-farmer carries, one partner must have both KB’s at all time.

-Burpee Braod Jumps, split as needed.
