1: Heaving Snatch Balance (Work up to a Heavy single.)

No more than two (2) misses allowed. Perform at least 6 sets.


2: 3 Position Snatch (Work up to a heavy set of the complex.)

1 x high-hang

1 x low hang

1 x floor
“Heavy” means challenging, but good technique. I want you to build confidence at your “sticky” weight where you begin to have issues. By dominating a weight in a complex like this that hits the lift from various positions, you will gain confidence in your lifts.


3: Reverse Hypers (3 x 15)
