PSKC CrossFit – Liftmore (Olympic Lifting)
1: Snatch Balance (4 x 2 Climbing)
2: Snatch Pull + Full Snatch (Work up to a heavy set.)
1 pull + 1 Snatch = 1 rep of the complex
Focus on proper weight distribution and timing during the pull. Keep the bar close. After the pull, reset and complete a full snatch.
3: Snatch Grip Deadlift (4 x 2 @ 110% of max snatch)
Take your time and ensure you hit all the proper positions during the lift. Straps are OK.
