Jerk Balance (5 x 2 Climbing in Weight)
Set your back foot in the finished split jerk position while keeping your lead foot under your hips. Dip and drive like normal and reach out with the front foot while pushing yourself underneath the bar.

Clean and Jerk (Take 15-20 minutes to establish your new 1RM)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Take 85% of your max C&J from today and complete the following complex one (1) time every minute on the minute:

12 Minute EMOM:

– 2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 85% (one successful set of the complex counts as 3 reps (36 possible reps))
