Warm-up

1: Clean with First Pull Pause (Spend 10 minutes working up to a heavy single)

Pause for 3 sec approximately 2″ off of the ground.

Weightlifting

2: Clean with First Pull Pause (Perform 1 rep EMOM x 10)

Pause for 3 sec approximately 2″ off of the ground.
Load your barbell to 85-90% of the weight established in 1

Slightly Faster Weightlifting

3: Metcon (Weight)

4 Rounds (NFT) of:

– 1 x Axle Clean and Press

– 10 x Reverse Hypers
