Non-Heaving Snatch Balance (4 x 2 Climbing)

Set the bar on your back in a back squat stance, without heaving dive under into the catch position of the snatch.
Work on SPEED! No dip, just move your feet and push your body under the bar.

Snatch (1RM. Full Snatch)

Be P-A-T-I-E-N-T. Maintain a flat back angle, get back in the heels and finish the pull. Have fun!

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

8 Minute EMOM:

2 x Full Snatch at 75% of your Max today. Reps DO NOT have to be touch and go. Control your breathing and focus on making every rep. Perfect score would be 16 reps.
