Strict Press from split position (4 x 4)

Perform one (1) Split Jerk to achieve proper split position. Then, perform four (4) strict presses.

2 Cleans + 1 Jerk from the Blocks

Set the blocks up so that the bar sits near the top of the knee. Perform two (2) squat cleans followed by one (1) jerk.

Front Squat (6 x 3/6 @ 90%)

Perform three (3) FS immediately followed by six (6) back squats at 90% of your max front squat. Then, sit down and repeat.
