Slightly Faster Weightlifting

2: Metcon (Weight)

30 Min Rotation of the following movements (record highest Deadlift set) :

1) Farmers carry (handles) length of turf and back

2) 3 reps of trap bar deadlift

3) 10 weighted sit ups (or ghd preferably)

4) Weighted sled pull the length of turf (one length, rope wrapped around prowler)
